We aim to provide the best possible customer experience that we can.

We endeavour to respond to Emails within an hour during UK business times (weekdays 9-5). During all other hours we usually respond within two hours - if we are able.

In the unusual event of a return, these are dealt with as a priority and the customer is kept informed at every stage.
